
I have spent more than 15 years in the culinary industry, working in fine dining restaurants, private clubs, golf courses, and large-scale catering operations. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead talented kitchen teams, execute weddings and special events, and create memorable dining experiences for thousands of guests. Most recently, I served as Executive Sous Chef at Sanctuary Golf Course and worked with the acclaimed team at Guard & Grace Steakhouse in Denver.
My culinary background includes everything from premium steaks and seafood to banquet cuisine and high-volume event catering. While I enjoy the technical side of cooking, my greatest passion is creating food that brings people together and enhances the overall club experience.
As I begin this new chapter at Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club, I look forward to getting to know our members and learning what makes this community so special. My goal is to build upon the club’s strong culinary traditions while introducing fresh ideas, seasonal menus, and memorable dining experiences that members can enjoy throughout the year.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find me spending time outdoors with my large family. We enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, and exploring everything Colorado has to offer.
