Bob Foglia
My name is Bob Foglia. My wife Lori and I moved to HEB from Highlands Ranch in 2013. I was born and raised in New York. I began my formal education at Hofstra University in mechanical engineering while working for Grumman Aerospace in New York. In 1984, I was offered a job in Denver at Lockheed Martin (formerly Martin Marietta) and completed a mechanical engineering degree at Metropolitan State University. I continued my education and completed both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Masters in finance from the University of Colorado at Denver.
I worked for a total of 45 years in the aerospace industry between Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman. During my career, I contributed to many aspects of aerospace industry including design, ground systems, launch operations and ultimately finished my career as a program manager overseeing satellite operations at Buckley Air Force Base.
At HEB, I have served on the Architectural Advisory Committee and the Finance Advisory Committee. I was recently appointed to the HOA board to finish a term for a member who needed to step down. I look forward to continue serving the community in keeping it moving in a positive direction. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, golfing and traveling.
Thank you for your vote.

Rex Gambrell
My wife, Glenda and I have lived in HEB for nine years. We have four kids and seven grandkids.
I am currently completing my first three-year term on the HEB Master Board after previously serving a one-year term due to a prior Board Member’s resignation. I am running to be a director for my last three-year term so that I can continue to serve and be involved in the oversight of the Heritage Eagle Bend Master Association and see the golf course irrigation, bunkers and tees project through completion. In addition to serving this past year on the HEB Board and its president my career has been real estate. I have managed HOA/condo associations, apartments, commercial and retail properties. In my positions I had acquisitions, dispositions, asset/financial and construction management experience. I have also served as a director for apartment association boards. I was elected by my peers in the industry to serve the following positions on these Boards:
Apartment Association of Metro Denver – President, Treasurer & Board Member
Colorado Apartment Association – President, Treasurer, Secretary & Board Member
National Apartment Association – Board Member for Region VIII representing Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, South & North Dakota.
I believe my real estate and board experience specifically relate to continuing to serve on the HEB master board. Below is a summary of my past positions:
Empire Realty – Owner & Employing Broker residential real estate brokerage firm.
Waypoint Homes – Regional Director Colorado (1,500 homes in Colorado and 12,000 in U.S.) Oversaw acquisitions, renovations, leasing, management, and maintenance of overall operations.
Griffis Group Residential – President property management operations of 3,500 apartments in Denver & Colorado Springs
Corum Real Estate Group – Senior Vice President property management of 6,500 apartments in Denver, Aspen, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Snowmass, Steamboat and Vail.
Vail Valley Property Management – Vice President management of HOA/condo associations and apartments in Avon, Beaver Creek & Vail

Bob Hartley
My name is Bob Hartley, and I am running for a seat on the board of Heritage Eagle Bend. My reason to run is to be involved in the community and keep Heritage Eagle Bend the best place to live. My wife Mary and I have lived in HEB since March of 2023.
My career was as a pilot for Continental Airlines and as a captain I made a lot of decisions affecting many people and the safety of the aircraft.
I have volunteered for most of my life as a member of board of directors for a small chapter of the America Red Cross, a reserve police officer in Miami Florida, a volunteer at a food bank in Parker, a volunteer fire fighter for Lake Dillon Fire and later became a fire inspector where my job was to inspect commercial properties, recreation centers and restaurants for fire code compliance.
I have served on a Facilities committee at Sun City West, AZ. The community had 7 golf courses, 4 recreational centers with 6 pools. As a fire inspector for local fire department, I inspected all Facilities of Sun City West.
I am now on the Facilities and Ground Committee at HEB. I understand the workings of HEB Facilities and the cost to keep things running and how important the reserve funding is to keep HEB running.
Thank you for your vote.

Cynthia Hungerford
My husband, Steve and I have been proud to call Heritage Eagle Bend our home since 2010. Over the years, we’ve come to truly appreciate not only the beauty of our neighborhood, but also the strong sense of community and the people who make it such a wonderful place to live. I’m running for the HEBMA Board of Directors because I want to give back to a community that has meant so much to us.
I’ve been fortunate to stay actively involved in several ways. I have served as District Representative and as a member of the Golf Advisory Committee, and I currently coordinate the Thursday Ladies Golf group. Through these roles, I have had the opportunity to connect with neighbors, listen to different perspectives, and help bring people together. These experiences have reinforced how important communication, cooperation, and mutual respect are to a thriving community,
If elected to the board, my goal would be to serve as a collaborative and solution-oriented member. I believe the best outcomes come from thoughtful discussion, transparency, and a willingness to work together. I am committed to being approachable, listening to concerns, and helping find practical solutions that benefit the entire community.
I care deeply about this community and the people who live here, and I would be honored to serve on the HEBMA Board of Directors. Thank you for your consideration and support.
