Marty Savage, Director of Agronomy

Marty Savage brings nineteen years of professional experience in which he has been privileged to work in both the public and private sectors of golf.  Marty joins us from Broken Tee Golf Course and has previously worked at Hazeltine National Golf Club, Denver Country Club, Cherry Hills Country Club, Sanctuary and Green Valley Ranch Golf Club.  Within his time at these facilities, he was part of the staff that helped host a PGA Championship and BMW Championship, as well as helping to lead facilities through bunker renovations and an irrigation renovation.

Originally from North Branch, Minnesoty, and a graduate of University of Minnesoty, he has lived in Colorado for 13 years.  Along with his wife and two children, he has lived in Aurora for the last 8 years.  He looks forward to leading the agronomy team as they create memorable experiences for the patrons of the facilities and build on the successes of the past seasons; passionately working to improve all aspects of the operation for the betterment of the experience at Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club.
