Pool Rules

  • Residents must have their Access ID Card with them.
  • Family members of a resident are complimentary. We welcome your non-family member guests at the pool for a fee of $5 per guest and you (the resident) must be with them. Residents must check-in your guests at the Welcome Desk. All guests will be issued a wrist band that must be worn as it signifies that you are a guest and have checked-in accordingly.
  • Swimming Hours for Children 19 & Under:  Monday-Wednesday 2-5pm, Thursday 2-9pm, Friday-Saturday 2-5pm, Sunday 2-7pm
  • Guests of 5 or more requires prior approval by the Director of Clubhouse Services or the General Manager.
  • There are no private parties at the pool, unless authorized by club management.
  • No outside food or beverage is permitted in the pool areas.
  • Food and beverages may be consumed only in the outdoor pool area. Food and beverages are NOT allowed in the indoor pool or surrounding deck apron. The apron is defined as 3’ edge surrounding the pool. Glass containers, breakable items and chewing gum are not permitted. No one is permitted to bring their own alcoholic beverages into the pool area.
  • No Smoking within the gates at the outdoor pool.
  • The Health Department requires that showers be taken before entering the pool or spa. Any person with an infection, communicable disease, etc. is prohibited from using the pools.
  • Personal audio systems are permitted, but are to be used only with individual earphones.
  • Swimsuits are required at all times while in the pool. Cutoff shorts or other forms of street clothes are NOT acceptable swim attire.
  • Oversize inflatable or floatation devices are, without exception, not permitted in any pool or spa. Items included in this category are: automobile inner tubes, air mattresses, surfboards and floating chairs. Only small-sized items, such as kick boards, water shoes, fins, flippers, noodles, snorkels and masks are permitted in the pools.
