Arleen Sandberg
It has been a privilege to serve you on the HEBMA Board of Directors for the past three years. I am seeking your support for a second term as a continuation of my commitment to serving this wonderful community that I love.
My husband and I moved to HEB in May 2013, when I accepted a position with the Arapahoe County District Attorney—dedicated solely to work with the prosecution team for the Aurora Theater Shooting case. After that case was finished, I accepted a position at the Arapahoe Justice Center, running the District Attorney Victim/Witness room.
My work experience includes working for 31 years in the Eagle County District Attorney’s Office where I worked as a legal assistant, paralegal, victim advocate, and for the last 12 years as part of the administration staff. I then went on and worked 10 years for the Arapahoe County District Attorney’s Office.
I gained valuable experience when I served for eleven years on the Western Eagle County Ambulance District Board of Directors. During my tenure with that board, I worked on and reviewed budgets, dealt with personnel issues, legal issues, and acquisition of property for new facilities. We also held regular meetings with the community to discuss and answer questions.
During my retirement I have enjoyed joining clubs, making more friends, and participating in activities available in our amazing community.

Debbie Strine
Debbie Strine is running for the HEBMA Board of Directors as a continuation of her desire to serve this wonderful community. Debbie and her husband Bob have lived in HEB since September 2005. She has been involved and has enjoyed the community from the very start.
Community Involvement Includes:
· Golf Advisory Committee Member 2022-Present
· WGA Chair 2023-2024
· WGA Social Chair 2021-2022
· Attended countless community events
While golf is her main hobby, she will not hesitate to help others in need and will donate her time to various charitable causes.
Debbie has created lifelong friendships in HEB. This includes her neighbors, golf partners, co-committee members and several staff members within the HEB Community. Her grandson Noah works part time on the grounds crew while he still attends high school, and she couldn’t be prouder to have him as part of the HEB community.
Debbie and Bob have two, now-grown children, Jennifer (San Diego, CA) and Kaytie (local in Aurora), and are expecting their 8th grandchild this summer! Debbie loves to spend her time golfing, traveling (mostly – don’t you dare ask her to go on a cruise!) and spending time with her kids and grandkids. She and Bob travel several times per year to see the California grandkids compete in sports and to also get their much-needed Vitamin Sea. When not
traveling, golfing or spending time with friends and grandkids, you can find Debbie and Bob watching golf and pretending like their dog, Driver, isn’t spoiled rotten.
