HEB CLUBHOUSE CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS

A BIG THANK YOU to all who have volunteered to help decorate the Clubhouse this holiday season!
However, we are in need of more volunteers for November 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.  If you can help, please call Susie Dalton at skdalton@comcast.net.

November 10 - Friday – We will be unpacking holiday boxes in the Craft Room, sorting, refreshing, setting up trees and sending empty cartons back to the storage.  Start time for volunteers is 10 am.

November 11 – Saturday – We will be working on decorations in the Craft Room starting at 9:30 am.

November 12 – Sunday – We know this is a busy day for most families, but if you have some spare time, we would love to have you stop by and help for whatever time you have.  We will be in the Craft Room for staging our old/new decorations.

November 13 ,  Monday and November 14, Tuesday – We will be working on the Antero Room, the Lobby, Humbolt Room, etc.  The trees from HEB Clubs will be assembled these two days.

Decorating is always so much fun.  We hope you can join us!

Passport to the Arts / Cultural Events

The DCPA has announced its 2017 -18 season and it includes comedies, musicals, and generally really good theater.  Some of the upcoming productions include: Rent, Chicago and Manheim Steamroller.  The prices, dates, and theater info is in the Cultural Book in our Library.  Again, there will be NO TICKETS for Hamilton unless you are a DCPA Subscriber ALREADY….  The day of each performance there MAY be single seat lotteries.
Sign-ups and checks made out to DCPA in the Cultural Book in the Clubhouse Library. I have to purchase these tickets well in advance to get these prices, so PLEASE sign up early!! Tickets MUST be ordered MONTHS in advance to get the Senior / Group rates, so please sign up and leave a check NOW!
Bus Trips (a lot of fun and a great way to meet your neighbors.)
Candyland Tour: 10 November This trip was to be a Chocolate tour but our favorite place is no longer in retail business.
Sign up and leave a check made out to VALERIE NESS in the Cultural Book in the HEB Library.
