Attention HEBGC Residents:

Important Information Regarding the Main Gate on the West Side

Starting June 1, we will no longer have a Gate Attendant at the Main Gate on the West Side.  The Main Gate on the West Side will remain closed.  All other Gates including Gates into the East Side and North Side will not have any change in procedure.

For your information the following will not change:
The current Gate Code will remain (we will be changing it later when all Snowbirds etc. are back)
Your Transponder will continue to work.  If you do not have a transponder or have lost yours please contact the Welcome Desk.
Your ID Card will continue to work.  If you do not have an ID Card or have lost yours please contact the Welcome Desk.
Call Laura Miranowski at 720-235-1827 to check we have you in the directory or to add additional phone numbers to the directory.

Workers etc. coming to your home should use the Directory at the Gate to call you.  You can have your cell phone setup to receive this call, so you can respond anywhere you are at.

During large events, we will communicate to you when the Main Gate on the West Side will be open

We realize this will take some time to educate those entering the Main Gate on the West Side.

For Non-Resident Golfer and Clubhouse Visitors, a sign will be posted at the Main Gate on the West Side with Community Entry Procedures.

Thank you.

REMINDER REGARDING GOLF CARTS

Only those with proper Driver’s Licenses can drive a golf cart in HEBGC.  Letting your grandchild drive may seem like a fun thing but it is dangerous to them and to our other residents.
We get calls from residents who see this occurring.  Please be safe!  Thank you!

IT’S RV TIME!

Remember the rules!  48 hours in front of your home maximum.  48 hours in the RV area of the Clubhouse Parking Lot with a Permit from the Welcome Desk or Admin Office.  This is for a maximum of four days total (can’t be moved back and forth after this).  Keep in mind that our streets are tight and homes fairly close together so please be considerate of your neighbors.  This time allowed is a convenience for our Residents, not for storage.  Thank you.
