Dear Village Homeowners:
On Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. the Village Annual / Election meeting will be held to elect three (3) homeowner members to the Board of Directors.
Please make sure to drop off your signed Proxy to the Welcome Desk at the Clubhouse, at the Admin Bldg or give to a current Board member or neighbor who will be attending the meeting.
Getting your Proxy in right away will ensure there is a Quorum to hold the meeting. Once you attend, you will vote your own vote.
Thank you in advance for your participation in this important Annual / Election Meeting.
The group meets in the Craft Room at the Clubhouse the first and second Wednesday of every month from 1pm to 4pm.
If you or someone you know would like to join or ask questions about our Creative Crafters please contact Miki Schmal, firstname.lastname@example.org, Chris Pollard, email@example.com, and Vickie Pervich, firstname.lastname@example.org or just stop by the Craft Room on one of those Wednesday afternoons to see what we're up to!!
