Many of you have questions this time of year about projects.  Most all outdoor projects need to have an Architectural Submittal form filled out.
This includes but is not limited to, decks, patios, fences, windows, all concrete projects, railings, fountains, statues, roofs, paint, décor, landscape, trees etc.
If your Submittal is complete, the AAC who have 45 days to approve, generally will approve in about a week.
Diane Langley, Assistant Community Manager, in the Admin Office will assist you in making certain your Submittal is complete.
The required “Neighbor Form” which is part of the submittal package is not for your neighbors to approve or disapprove of your project,
but is to inform them that a project is going on and that you have submitted to the AAC for it.
The AAC also asks for professional drawings, pictures or information from the contractor that you are using.
Turning in a partial submittal will delay your project and that is why we work to get your submittal complete prior to turning into the AAC.
Please let us know if you have questions.  Diane Langley 720-235-1826.  Thank you and good luck on your projects!
