HEBGC Announcement
Heritage Eagle Bend Metro District will be pulling pipes so they can replace motors and pumps at the south well near Catabwa and Phillips starting today (June 16) and going through next week.  There will be some loud noises as their work continues.  Thank you for your understanding.

Your Emergency Preparedness Committee wishes to thanks those who have already committed to helping with our Closed POD exercise THIS MORNING from 8am to 12n.

We still need role players to come up to the clubhouse any time between 9am and 11am to learn how the POD can save your life and test the effectiveness of the POD staff.
The activity is limited to signing in, completing simple forms, and proceeding to the dispensing area for a small token of our appreciation.
This is just a 15-20 minute commitment
Please contact one of us so that we can get an estimate of how many will be participating.
Thank you in advance for your willingness to help.

Only those with proper Driver’s Licenses can drive a golf cart in HEBGC.  Letting your grandchild drive may seem like a fun thing but it is dangerous to them and to our other residents.
We get calls from residents who see this occurring.  Please be safe!

Also, parking your golf cart by the fire pit and pool gate entrance is not allowed

Thank you!

Remember the rules!  48 hours in front of your home maximum.  48 hours in the RV area of the Clubhouse Parking Lot with a Permit from the Welcome Desk or Admin Office.  This is for a maximum of four days total (can’t be moved back and forth after this).  Keep in mind that our streets are tight and homes fairly close together so please be considerate of your neighbors.  This time allowed is a convenience for our Residents, not for storage.  Thank you.
